Kindergarten Program

Since we know that learning to read is the doorway to education, we apply a Phonics first approach to teaching basic reading skills.  Five-year old’s are eager learners and studies show that children who are taught phonics will learn to read better and faster than those who do not receive phonics training.  Handwriting is correlated with our Phonics program.  Counting and number concepts through 100, simple addition, subtraction, and telling time are introduced in a systematic manner.

To complete our program we have included the use of colorful teaching visuals, fun games, music, play, and art to increase each child’s language, social, and physical development
